Academics

Our academic program is a comprehensive, college preparatory program. All subjects are taught within a Christian framework. Beginning in preschool, the academic  program is designed to lay a solid academic, intellectual, and spiritual foundation for our students. TCCS students are challenged to excel as they are being prepared for college and for a lifetime of service to God.

Students at Tri-Cities Christian Schools consistently score above the state and national averages on standardized tests.

All students in Kindergarten -11th grade take the IOWA Assessment Test in the spring each year. TCCS also administers the CoGat Ability test to students in K5- 11th grades. High school students take the ASVAB Test. The PSAT is given to 11th graders and both 11th grade and 12th graders are eligible for the ACT test.

Tri-Cities Christian Schools is accredited by the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools (TACS) as an agency approved Tennessee private school (#010) and the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS).

Athletics

Tri-Cities Christian Schools endorse a Christian approach to athletics in which students are encouraged to use their talents as a way to glorify God. Athletes honor God both by doing their best on the field or court and by demonstrating good sportsmanship in all circumstances. Our athletes consistently do well in competitions sponsored by local public schools and the Tennessee Association of Christian Schools.

Many TCCS graduates have received athletic scholarships to play for colleges and universities. Tri-Cities Christian Schools Athletics have held state championship titles in varsity girls’ and boys’ sports.
