Students in 10th-12th grade, at Tri-Cities Christian School, are invited to participate in an annual mission trip to Belize, Central America.
Tri-Cities Christian School has led this mission annually since 1993. Students who have served as short-term missionaries to the people of Belize have the opportunity to be “the hands and feet of Jesus” to a third-world country. This opportunity will provide students with the chance to serve in various activities such as medical and dental clinics, evangelism, feeding programs and construction.
Students who have been a part of this mission often comment that it was a life-changing trip.

TCCS was founded in 1973 as a non-profit educational institution chartered by the state of Tennessee and operated by a Board of Directors.
TCCS is a nondenominational school that exists for the purpose of providing a genuinely Christian education from preschool through 12th grade.
The first school building occupied by TCCS was located at 1200 East Center Street in Kingsport, TN. Four classrooms rented from the City of Kingsport served as both offices and classrooms for the 27 students in grades 9, 10 and 11 in attendance on opening day in the fall of 1973.
In 2009 TCCS consolidated its elementary schools to the main campus located in Blountville, TN. The Blountville campus now hosts the K4 Junior Eaglet Program in addition to Kindergarten through 12th grade students.
In 2014, TCCS earned accreditation with the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS), which validated the robust programs delivered by the school.
